Dror Davidoff is a Managing Partner at Team8, where he brings more than two decades of experience building and scaling cybersecurity and enterprise-software companies.

He is the co-founder of Aqua Security, the cloud-native security company he led as CEO from 2015 through 2025. Under his leadership, Aqua grew into a global cybersecurity company and reached unicorn status, helping pioneer the cloud-native application protection platform (CNAPP) category.

Before founding Aqua, Davidoff held senior commercial and business-development roles across the cybersecurity and enterprise-technology sectors, including leading global sales for database-security products at McAfee/Intel Security and serving as EVP of Sales and Business Development at Sentrigo. Earlier in his career, he held roles at Netegrity and other technology companies, developing deep expertise in enterprise sales, go-to-market strategy, and translating complex technology into business value.

Davidoff holds an MBA in Finance and a BA in Economics from the City University of New York. At Team8, he focuses on supporting cybersecurity founders and identifying opportunities to build category-defining companies in a rapidly evolving security landscape.
