Roy Rajwan is the Co-Founder and CPO of Astelia. He earned a B.Sc. in Mathematics from Bar-Ilan University while still in high school. During his service in the Matzov Unit, Roy co-led Israel’s National Red Team, carrying out high-impact cybersecurity operations across various sectors of the Israeli ecosystem, including hospitals and critical infrastructure. His efforts earned him the prestigious Israel Defense Prize. In his previous role, Roy led a high-performing R&D group in the elite Unit 8200 and was awarded the General Major Reward for his leadership.
