Noam brings with her a unique combination of experience in both administration and recruitment. She spent nine years at the Ministry of Defense as an Executive Assistant to senior officials, a role that demanded discretion, agility, and the ability to manage complex workflows. In recent years, she transitioned into recruitment, with a focus on analytical roles, and is now excited to return to the EA position she’s passionate about.

Noam lives in Herzliya with her family. She’s married, a mom, and in her free time enjoys the sea, diving, cars, and spending time outdoors in nature.
