Over the past several years, she worked at Leal Health, an AI-powered healthcare platform, where she was deeply involved in day-to-day operations, internal coordination, onboarding, and process improvement- helping create structure, clarity, and a positive working environment.

Mor is known for her organized, proactive, and people-first approach, with a strong attention to detail and a natural ability to anticipate needs and keep things running smoothly.

Outside of work, Mor lives in Hoboken, New Jersey, where she and her family have lived for the past nine years. She and her husband Jonathan are parents to Ben and Mel. In her free time, Mor enjoys Pilates, exploring new places, and weekends full of activities with family and friends.
