Maayan holds a BSc and MSc in Electrical Engineering, with expertise in machine learning and reinforcement learning. His deep theoretical foundation, combined with hands-on industry experience, bridges cutting-edge AI research and real-world applications.
Before joining Team8, Maayan was part of the founding team at multiple early-stage startups—Zone7, Upword, and Hive—where he led ML research, model deployment, and large-scale AI systems to turn cutting-edge research into production-ready AI solutions. Prior to that, he worked at Intel, applying machine learning at scale to optimize high-volume computing systems.
