He is responsible for leading the firm’s industry relations, building and managing strategic partnerships, and expanding Team8’s global community of entrepreneurs, executives, and ecosystem leaders.
Before joining Team8, Bar founded and led the Career Development Center at the 8200 Alumni Association, transforming it into Israel’s largest alumni-driven platform for job placement, mentorship, and professional networking. He partnered with hundreds of tech companies and built high-impact programs that connected top-tier talent with leading employers.
Bar’s background spans public policy, regulatory consulting, and grassroots initiatives. He has led national projects for the Israel Diving Authority, advised startups on recruitment and growth, and developed programs to advance employment opportunities for underrepresented groups.
