Team Leader – Agentic Pentest

We’re looking for a Team Leader to lead our Agentic Pentest team. The team is building a new product: AI agents that autonomously test applications the way a real attacker would. It’s a new space that evolves quickly, and you’ll help shape both the product and how we build it.

This is a hands-on leadership role. You’ll lead senior engineers, stay close to the code, and work with Product and customers to turn real security needs into a working platform.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead, grow and mentor a team of senior backend engineers
• Stay hands-on: write production code and take part in design and code reviews
• Own architecture and design decisions for an agentic pentest platform: AI agents, task orchestration and scanning at scale
• Work with Product and customers to turn requirements into clear technical plans, and deliver them with high quality
• Set engineering standards for a new product built in an AI-first way
