Yakir is a serial entrepreneur and operator with deep experience in cloud, cybersecurity, SaaS and building global technology ventures. He previously co-founded Spot.io (acquired by NetApp) and Swordfish (acquired by Huawei’s Toga Networks), and has held executive, advisory, and board roles across AI, cloud, and enterprise software startups, including Granulate.io (acquired by Intel). He spent nearly a decade in the IDF in operational technology roles across the C4I Corps and Intelligence, and today is a Lieutenant Colonel in the reserves. He also sits on the executive board of Masa Israeli, supports the founding team at TerraUma, and enjoys trail running and padel.
