Tal served for seven years in Unit 8200 and Giv’atayim, followed by several product roles in fintech startups across insurtech and blockchain. Tal then spent three years at JPMorgan Chase as a VP of Product in the global blockchain team, where he led the development of real-life financial use cases for the bank. Most recently, he founded and ran Leeway, a payments company focused on alternative payment methods, for the past four years.

Outside of work, Tal loves early morning runs and is a movie enthusiast at night. Tal, his wife Daniel, and their two-year-old daughter Yuli live in Herzliya, where they enjoy hiking and discovering new places to explore together.
