Michelle is the Head of IR and oversees capital development across all Team8 funds. She has nearly 20 years of experience in the financial industry managing investor relationships, legal negotiations, and helping to structure financial vehicles.

She recently spent nearly six years as Sr. Director of Business Development at LISC Fund Management in Washington, D.C. where she raised $450M in LP capital and played an integral role in the company’s SEC registration and growth. Previously, Michelle served as VP of Marketing and IR at Senvest Management, a $1.5B hedge fund, where she focused on the firm’s $120M Israeli tech fund. Prior to that, Michelle worked for four years at Atlantic-Pacific Capital, a private equity advisory firm based in Greenwich, CT. There she contributed to PE and RE funds ranging from $500M to $2B. She spent two years in equities sales and trading at Clal Finance Brokerage, where she serviced London-based clients and she has also worked in the Investment Banking divisions of Credit Suisse and Merrill Lynch on Wall Street in NYC.

Michelle holds an MBA from Reichman University in Israel with the joint affiliated University of Pennsylvania Wharton Global Consulting Practicum. She holds a BS in Engineering from Northeastern University in Boston, where she graduated summa cum laude. Michelle is an elected member of Private Equity Women Investor Network (PEWIN).
