Elad is currently an Executive Assistant at Team8, supporting senior leadership and helping keep things running smoothly day to day.

Before joining Team8, she worked in Operations at Unity, where she gained hands-on experience in fast-paced environments and cross-team collaboration.

She also served in Israel’s elite 8200 unit and later continued with permanent service in the Israeli Air Force, building strong operational skills and a can-do mindset.

Outside of work, she loves pottery, being the best aunt to her five nephews and nieces, and baking pastries whenever she gets the chance.
