Aviv Sarangi is Head of Fintech Strategic Partnerships at Team8, where he leads relationships with financial institutions, banks, and fintech platforms across the foundry, capital, and portfolio companies. Based in New York, Aviv helps startups identify and secure the right go-to-market partners and infrastructure to scale and distribute their products through strategic ecosystem relationships.
Before joining Team8, Aviv spent over five years at Melio, where he held leadership roles across product partnerships, business development, and customer success. He led Melio’s relationships with key financial infrastructure providers including J.P. Morgan, SVB, Fiserv, Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Wise, Currency Cloud, payment gateways, and others supporting both product innovation and market expansion.
Earlier in his career, Aviv worked in business banking at Bank Leumi USA, supporting early-stage tech and middle-market clients. Prior to that, he led strategy and operations at a New York-based alternative financing firm focused on SMBs.
Aviv holds a BA in Economics from Reichman University and is based in New York.
