Ariel focuses at Team8 on building new B2C and fintech startups, working closely with top operators and domain experts to take ventures from an early stage idea to actual company creation through sharp strategy, market research, and hands-on execution.

Before Team8, Ariel clerked for Judge Hanna Plinner at the Tel Aviv District Court, and held research roles at Reichman University. She also served as a Captain and Platoon Commander in the IDF.

Ariel holds an LLB from Reichman University and is currently an MBA student. She brings a blend of venture building, fintech insight, legal-policy research, and leadership experience to support founders from thesis to launch.
