Her collaborative approach has shaped foundational industry frameworks including the FSTC Resilience Maturity Model for financial services, the C2M2 Cybersecurity model for energy, and most recently contributed to NIST CSF 2.0’s Govern domain.
When she isn’t advising C-suites, Ricci actively mentors through the Executive Women’s Forum’s Lift program while delivering globally sought-after presentations at prestigious risk management forums.
