As the CEO and co-founder of RAD Security, she is tackling some of the most pressing cybersecurity challenges of our time by redefining how enterprises secure their cloud and AI-driven infrastructure.
Motta’s innovative leadership recently earned RAD selection for both the 2024 RSA Innovation Sandbox and Blackhat Startup Spotlight, where they claimed the Audience Choice Award. Following the announcement of RAD’s Series A funding (led by Cheyenne Ventures) and their selection for the 2025 CrowdStrike-AWS-NVIDIA Cybersecurity Accelerator, Motta has continued to scale the company’s cloud-native detection and response platform.
