About the Position

Our Head of Marketing will be a key member of our business leadership team, reporting to the COO and working closely with high-profile advisors.

Your primary mission will be driving demand generation, revenue and customers, brand equity, and Product Marketing Management (PMM). This strategic role requires both hands-on and leadership skills including the ability to work cross-functionally to effectively reach, educate, nurture, and drive action across our target audience.

Your role will include planning and strategizing a full-throttle marketing strategy and GTM, building paid and organic growth engines, initiating and managing 360-degree brand marketing campaigns, leading the marketing roadmap efforts, and executing your plan from A-Z while achieving all planned business KPIs.

You should have extensive experience and knowledge of brand building, demand and growth generation, and PMM strategies to generate SQLs that support the company’s goals. 

You will manage full-cycle marketing efforts in high-scale customer acquisition, SEO, content marketing, social media, PR, analysts, events sponsorships, and email marketing. 

Our ideal candidate is a people person and a data-driven leader with at least 5 years of marketing and team management experience in a global B2B startup or organization.

Extensive experience working closely with Product, Sales and CS departments is a must. 

Data orientation is the most critical requirement of this role, and you should be able to demonstrate your data expertise during your interview process.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a cohesive marketing strategy and roadmap to increase revenue, from paid demand gen through organic growth, SEO, and content marketing to social media and brand campaigns
  • Own the marketing budget and metrics, and foster an understanding of our marketing efforts through excellent internal reporting and result-sharing
  • Build the marketing team from the ground up
  • Analyze, report, and optimize all marketing programs based on ROI and demand generation effectiveness
  • Prioritize marketing projects and allocate resources accordingly
  • Conduct market analysis to identify challenges and opportunities for growth
  • Provide guidance and ideas to organize effective marketing events
  • Present weekly marketing performance and pipeline contribution reports to management
  • Build the marketing team from the ground up
  • Forecast hiring and outsourced needs for the marketing department
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in building, managing, and leading high-scale marketing teams
  • 3 years of experience as a Demand Gen professional 
  • A solid track record in managing at least 2 team members and a few freelancers at the same time
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in managing 5-6 figures media budgets annually
  • Proven experience in brand building (messaging, branding, and positioning) and Brand Awareness development 
  • Experience in building GTM plans
  • Vast experience in targeting USA and EMEA
  • Track record of successfully developing and managing multiple marketing channels simultaneously
  • Experience in leading marketing roadmap creation and budgeting plans
  • Solid knowledge and experience in SEO, social media, content marketing, events marketing, and paid campaigns.
  • Complete command of web analytics with proven experience
  • Strong analytical and project management skills
  • Excellent, proven communication skills
  • Native English or high level of proficiency
