We are an early stage and well funded startup, and now looking for a very hands-on Director of Product Management to join the team.

As our Director of Product you will be the focal point for Wisor.ai product requirements and roadmap.
You will be actively involved in researching the market, meeting with customers and collaborating with business stakeholders in the company to ideate and execute the company’s product vision.
How you’ll make an impact?
• Reporting to CPO, you will be working closely with our CTO and R&D team, Customer success, Sales & Business development as well as our company’s customers in order to deeply understand our customers’ needs. Together with our CTO you will define the product roadmap based on customer needs and the market direction.
• Lead the Product team as it grows (currently includes a Product Designer).
• Preparing detailed product requirements documents for the R&D team that define the needs and the required solutions to ensure consistent and relevant development and product delivery in high-quality and on-time deliverables.
• Close contact with our Customer success team to prioritize the R&D development schedule to support product requirements identified in the field.
• Communicating, educating, and presenting Wisor’s features and roadmap to future prospects at conferences, trade shows, conventions, and Sales kickoff meetings.
• 8+ years of relevant product management experience working with highly technical products
• Experience with Saas products that involve financial features, from startup environments in a B2B setting
• Experience managing a product team (including PM and product designers)
• You have a strong understanding of all aspects of the product development lifecycle and experience working across multiple teams and delivering platform-wide solutions
• A great sense for business, technology, and UX -with a proven ability to work with business stakeholders, and developers, in a dynamic and innovative environment
• You can turn problems into stories that people want to care about and you can write it all down clearly so that R&D can get on the same page
• Worked in multiple fields – Someone who is able to learn complicated fields from scratch
• English proficiency is a must – excellent speaking and writing skills as well as presentation skills
• A bachelor’s degree in a technical field is an advantage, or equivalent practical experience building and shipping technical products
• Background in the Freight Forwarding / Supply chain industry – an added value
The role combines both hands-on assignments and strategy – but will be more hands-on oriented, at the beginning (70% / 30%)
Ability to travel abroad upon request according to the business needs
