VP Strategic Partnerships is responsible for driving revenue growth through a global partnership. This role will lead both the strategy and execution of our partnership efforts, from identifying new opportunities and negotiating complex agreements to bringing joint solutions to market.

VP Strategic Partnerships will work cross-functionally to maximize the impact of every partnership, enhancing our offering, and supporting Sygnia’s position as a global cybersecurity leader.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of Sygnia’s global partnerships strategy, with a focus on driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence in North America.
  • Identify, structure, and manage high-impact partnerships, including technology alliances, MSSPs, and channel partners.
  • Own the full partnership lifecycle: From initial scouting and strategic fit assessment through onboarding, enablement, and long-term relationship.
  • Negotiate and finalize complex commercial agreements, ensuring alignment with Sygnia’s business goals, legal standards, and financial targets.
  • Represent Sygnia as the senior executive interface for key partners, fostering trusted, high impact relationships that support strategic alignment and joint planning.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, legal, finance, delivery, and technology teams to ensure successful partnership.
  • Drive joint business activities, including co-branded campaigns, bundled solutions, and sales enablement initiatives to maximize market impact.
  • Track and report on partnership performance, using data-driven insights to refine strategy, improve execution, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Provide strategic input to leadership, leveraging market intelligence and partner feedback to influence company’s direction, service positioning, and commercial strategy.

 

Requirements:

Main Requirements:

  • At least 10 years of experience in strategic partnerships, and/or business development within the Cyber Security landscape.
  • Demonstrated success in building and scaling high-value global partnerships that directly impact revenue and strategic positioning.
  • Deep understanding of the Cyber Security ecosystem and the strategic drivers behind technology, service, and partnerships.
  • Strong experience in leading contract negotiations, including commercial terms, legal risk, and operational feasibility.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with legal, finance, marketing, and technology teams in a complex, global, and fast-paced environment.
  • Highly data-driven and analytical, with a track record of using performance metrics to drive strategic decisions, outcome measures and continuous improvement.
  • Executive presence and exceptional interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to engage, influence, and build trust with senior stakeholders.
  • Experience in North American markets and willingness to travel as needed to support partnership engagement and execution.
