About The Position

VisibleRisk is a Series-A stage startup aiming to build a global Cyber Rating platform. The platform will equip business leaders to manage and understand their Cyber risk as clearly as they manage financial risk. Backed by Moody’s and Team8, we are set out to create the equivalent of Credit Rating for Cyber. 

At the core of this venture is the development of a methodology for modeling and quantifying Cyber risk, relying on advanced Cyber telemetry – all of this packed into an Enterprise-grade Cloud product. The technological and business challenges we face are staggering but with the right people on the team, we can do this.

We’re looking for an experienced and ambitious Product professional to join our fast growing company for the role of VP Product. If you are passionate about creating market leading Enterprise products – we have a fit. In this role you will bring to life our company’s vision and goals through products, drive the product roadmap and lead a team of talented product managers through the hyper-growth journey. The VP Product will play a central role in the company keeping the R&D, Delivery, Product orgs aligned and in sync.


  • Shape and oversee product strategy and roadmaps
  • Work with teams across the company, customers and prospects to gather insights that will serve as a key input for product roadmap decisions
  • Define, track, and communicate metrics that help understand how well initiatives are meeting objectives.
  • Build the Product organization, recruit talented and collaborative product professionals
  • Be part of the company’s exec team that together shape the vision and strategy of the company
  • At least 7 years of Product Management roles at varying levels of seniority
  • Experience in B2B Enterprise Software companies
  • Understanding of Cybersecurity or Enterprise Risk Management
  • Experience in building and leading high performing product teams
  • Ability to effectively influence engineering approach and decisions
  • Strong strategic thinker with proven success in defining the strategic direction for global products
  • Track record of customer-focused, data-driven decision-making that delivers an exceptional customer experience as well as business outcomes.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to drive teams forward in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
  • Work with Israel-based and US-based teams, as well as participate in meetings with US customers
