We’re looking for a Director of Demand Generation to help us accelerate growth by increasing interest and engagement across our digital and offline channels. This person is a highly collaborative, start-up savvy professional who has solid experience in demand generation, digital marketing, and ABM. You will be a high performer – comfortable at both the execution and strategic levels – with a solid track record in delivering against aggressive goals with a data driven approach.
This is a mission critical role that involves both hands-on execution and the ability to work with internal stakeholders (Sales, Product & Executive leadership) to develop multi-channel marketing strategies designed to accelerate growth. You will be one of the first marketing hires and have a chance to influence and build out a high performing marketing function with the CMO.
Your day to day will consist of developing, executing and optimizing demand generation campaigns across our entire digital presence as well as managing and supporting our event calendar. This will include campaign ideation, developing necessary web elements (landing pages, SEM etc), ensuring all components are set up correctly across our CRM tools and monitoring & reporting performance.
●Build multichannel campaigns (inbound, outbound, and offline) that align messaging to the target audience to capture interest and drive demand, including SEO, SEM, advertising, email, direct mail, content syndication, webinars and customer events.
●Oversee the visiblerisk.com site, managing updates with some support from a digital agency, to ensure that its content and user experience drive traffic and conversion and actively promote demand generation content and campaigns.
●Work closely with Sales to build ABM campaigns and track lead to MQL to Opportunity to Revenue conversions and ensure ongoing alignment and engagement with the Sales organization
●Work with PR firm (and the rest of the marketing team as we build it out) to optimize our social presence and ensure our campaigns are being promoted on those channels
●Oversee SEM efforts, identify and work with paid search agency to optimize and manage campaigns
●Ensure Tech stack is working together to track lead and campaign performance – know which tactics and campaigns have the strongest influence on engagement and revenue and optimizing the demand gen program around performance indicators
●Collaborate with and project manage cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget
●Manage key performance indicators and budgets for demand generation programs to ensure spend is allocated to the highest-performing marketing tactics, including working with key stakeholders to build and optimize ABM programs; providing executive-level transparency to demand generation results in weekly, monthly and quarterly views; managing budgets and deliverables of third-party agencies and freelancers.
