About the Role

We’re looking for a talented and experienced Product Designer to join the Solid team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for designing intuitive, elegant, and functional experiences for our B2B SaaS platform. You’ll work closely with product, engineering, and leadership teams to turn complex problems into simple, beautiful solutions that delight users. This role requires someone who thrives in a high-velocity environment where priorities can shift rapidly as we respond to market needs and user feedback.

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to design user-friendly interfaces.
• Own the end-to-end design process, from research and ideation to high-fidelity prototypes and final handoff.
• Create wireframes, mockups, including interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts effectively.
• Ensure consistency and scalability across the platform by contributing to and maintaining design systems.
• Gather feedback from users, stakeholders, and team members to continuously iterate and improve designs.
• Work in a fast-paced environment, balancing short-term needs with long-term vision.

Requirements:

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience designing for B2B SaaS platforms with a proven track record of delivering impactful, user-centered designs.
• Strong understanding of complex web platforms and the unique challenges of designing for B2B audiences.
• A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and values open communication.
• Ability to make quick decisions and pivot based on new information
• Understanding of data visualization principles and best practices
• Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to adapt quickly to change in a dynamic, fast-moving startup environment.
• A portfolio that demonstrates a strong design process and the ability to translate user needs into elegant, functional designs.
