We are looking for a  Product Manager with a background or knowledge in analytics. Someone who understands the world of data and analytics tools to help shape our products and drive impact. If you’re passionate about solving real problems, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and love collaborating with cross-functional teams, this could be the role for you!

What You’ll Do:

• Drive product development:

1. Write clear and detailed product specs for developers and own features from idea to launch.
2. Work closely with the dev, research, and UX teams to make sure everything runs smoothly.
3. Plan and run sprints, ensuring all teams are aligned and moving forward.

• Shape the roadmap:

1. Collaborate with the VP of Product to define and prioritize what we build next.
2. Use your analytics knowledge to make smart, data-driven decisions.

• Connect with users:

1. Interview analysts to understand their needs and pain points, and turn those into valuable features.

Requirements:

What We’re Looking For:

• Product Management: 2+ years experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner, especially on analytics-related products.
• An analytics background – is a huge advantage!
• Experience as a Data Analyst, BI Analyst, or similar role.
• Hands on experience with SQL, Python, BI tools, and databases. Familiarity with data engineering and data science tools is a big bonus.
• Team player: You’ve led data projects or teams and know how to get the best out of people.

• You are able to work in a company that moves super fast and can provide deliverables quickly. 
• You’re a great communicator and can work well with both technical and non-technical teams.
• You’re quick to learn and thrive in a fast-moving environment.
