We are looking for a Payroll Specialist for a part-time position to join our finance team. In this role, you will work closely with the Head Bookkeeper to assist in managing monthly and quarterly payroll processes.

  • Manage and prepare the ongoing payroll process for about 150 employees globally.
  • Handling provisions for employees’ pensions, executive insurance, and study funds.
  • Handling income taxes & social security process.
  • Collecting monthly attendance data for salary.
  • Analyzing & providing monthly, quarterly & yearly salary outcomes

Requirements:
  •  Qualified certified Payroll accountant.
  •  2-4 years of relevant experience- at least 2 years of experience in a global company (advantage).
  • Experience in managing statutory compliance,126 annual reconciliations, 101 and 106 forms, monthly
  •  Experience in managing third-party resources and service providers.
  •  Outstanding social skills and ability to interact with various functions, while maintaining a high level of service.
  •  Excellent working ability with the Hilan system
  •  Well-versed with MS Office (Excel) applications.
  •  Fluent in English (both written and verbal).
  •  Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-growing and demanding environment.
