About The Position
We are currently looking for a tech-savvy Marketing Operations Manager to join our growing team! This person will take charge of our marketing tech stack to ensure that we create an optimized environment to drive growth and engagement.
What you’ll be doing:
- You’ll own the implementation and maintenance of our entire marketing stack (building from scratch), including databases and ownership of the corporate website.
- Work with early-stage portfolio companies to build their lead to cash model and relevant tech stack.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to execute various go-to-market campaigns and programs landing pages, emails, list uploads, audience targeting, automated workflows, webpage updates.
- Plan and monitor traditional and digital marketing efforts, including SEO and PPC.
- Create and maintain metrics reports on marketing and BD activities, effectiveness, and business impact. Track performance to plan, report, and conduct analyses.
- Evaluate new technologies and add-on applications to improve and optimize go-to-market team performance.
