About The Position

We are currently looking for a tech-savvy Marketing Operations Manager to join our growing team! This person will take charge of our marketing tech stack to ensure that we create an optimized environment to drive growth and engagement.  

What you’ll be doing:

  • You’ll own the implementation and maintenance of our entire marketing stack (building from scratch), including databases and ownership of the corporate website.
  • Work with early-stage portfolio companies to build their lead to cash model and relevant tech stack.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to execute various go-to-market campaigns and programs landing pages, emails, list uploads, audience targeting, automated workflows, webpage updates.
  • Plan and monitor traditional and digital marketing efforts, including SEO and PPC.
  • Create and maintain metrics reports on marketing and BD activities, effectiveness, and business impact. Track performance to plan, report, and conduct analyses.
  • Evaluate new technologies and add-on applications to improve and optimize go-to-market team performance.
  • You have 5+ years of experience within marketing operations with advanced knowledge in Hubspot, Google Analytics, and WordPress.
  • You have hands-on experience in marketing automation systems (we are looking to implement HubSpot), CRM (Affinity or SFDC), and integrating those systems with other technologies, including Influitive and Sprout.
  • Experience and deep understanding of SEO optimization. Knowledge of PPC is a plus. 
  • You have a strong understanding of the marketing technology landscape, measurement, and attribution approaches.
  • You are incredibly tech-savvy and data-oriented.
  • You are organized with project management experience.
  • You thrive in cross-functional teams and are a quick learner.
