About The Position
  • 8+ years of experience in getting things done in a distributed, large-scale, and fast-growing environment.
  • 6+ years of proven hands-on production-grade development experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in managing high-performing engineering teams and delivering in Agile and Scrum methodologies. 
  • Experience with scalable infrastructure (Kubernetes, Serverless, Lambda) and public clouds (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Strong understanding of data-ops and ML/AI technologies.
  • Experience with large-scale SaaS production services, databases, and Big Data.
  • Experience implementing and managing DevOps practices and CI/CD architecture.
  • Experience building products that revolve around data ingest and analytics.
  • Strong technical craft mastery and engineering discipline.
  • Deep organization capabilities, especially regarding influence, collaboration, and communication
  • Experience effectively balancing toil/technical debt with new customers.

Requirements:

 What you’ll do: 

  • Build and lead the company’s engineering team.
  • End-to-end responsibility for the company’s R&D vision, performance, and deliverables.
  • Recruit and build engineering organization, growth, and strategy.
  • Help build, deliver against, and design the company’s product roadmap.
  • Work closely with design partners and prospective customers to ensure the success of active engagement, synthesizing feedback to make needed changes and improvements to the product.
