Team8 Health stealth startup-Senior UI/UX designer

About The Position

A Stealth Digital-Health start-up on the intersection with Fintech is looking for a Senior UX/UI designer to lead the product design as the company’s first UX/UI expert.

As our first designer, you will play a critical role in shaping our product and will be in charge of all of our system design, website, and communications design, working closely with the CEO and CPO.

We are looking for someone creative, talented and ambitious who can connect factors and make things happen. Managing, planning, and creative thinking qualities, and most importantly a team player!

Make it happen – Steering the product’s UX/UI design ahead, from exploration of new features to launch.

Successfully plan and implement the roadmap of the company’s products and create a unique design language.

Research and analyze the customer’s behavior and feedback, and translate product strategy into a correct user flow with relevant story boards.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience as a UX/UI expert (previously worked on different products, especially B2B2C, including mobile and web).
• Design experience – must.
• UI – Experience with Figma prototypes and working with product, CS and developers.
• Previous experience with Fintech/Digital Health related products – advantage.
• Ability to understand our user’s needs and translating them into coherent system flow with clear and concise story boards.
• Experience with relevant product design, data-oriented products, and working in international markets.
• Must be highly organized and precise.
• Understanding needs and demands and translating them into action.
• English – high proficiency.
