We build AI tools that analyze phone conversations between care managers and patients, surfacing insights, automating documentation, and helping close care gaps – so teams can focus on what matters most: delivering better care.
What you’ll do:
- Build, manage, and mentor a growing engineering team with a people-first culture.
- Lead technical strategy and roadmap execution, balancing high-quality standards with fast-paced startup delivery.
- Ensure robust, scalable architecture for our AI-driven healthcare solutions, proactively managing technical debts.
- Champion best-in-class production standards, including code quality, thorough testing, and efficient deployment processes.
- Foster transparency through clear communication about projects, tasks, and challenges.
- Oversee secure and compliant cloud infrastructure (AWS), ensuring scalability and reliability.
