About The Position

At Team8 Health, we’re building digital health companies. We’re in search of a Business Analyst who is deeply entrenched in the world of data analytics, business research, problem solving and market research. Your role will be pivotal to guide Team8 Health’s strategic decisions, enriching our ideation, company-building initiatives, and overarching business requirements. You’ll be part of a broader team designing, developing, and maintaining our ideation methodologies, theses and collaterals, as well as working with more mature companies to support market research and intelligence.

Team8 Health is Team8’s digital health foundry specializing in using proprietary data science tools and a got-to-market-first approach to build digital health companies at the intersection of cyber, AI, fintech and digital health. 

As part of the Team8 Health team, you will 

• Analyze synthesized and raw data into insights to inform business decisions throughout the ideation, company-building, and strategic planning processes. 
• Research the healthcare market and its components, producing succinct market reports that guide decision-making. As well as monitor market trends and competitors to pinpoint opportunities.
• Leverage problem-solving methodologies and frameworks to produce actionable insights.
• Research, validate and develop business and go-to-market models in line with market dynamics, enhancing portfolio companies’ profitability.
• Lead research projects using both public and internal datasets, focusing on core findings.
• Develop and apply methodologies, tools and solutions enabling the team to derive insights independently.
• Lead initiatives to refine the ideation and company-building methods.
• Communicate research findings effectively through visualization and presentation. As well as provide analyses for Team8 Health stakeholders as needed.
• Collaborate with portfolio companies to foster their growth and market presenc

Requirements:

• 4+ years of hands-on experience at a top-tier strategy consulting firm or a strategy/corp-dev team in a high-tech company.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to derive and communicate complex insights effectively.
• Proficient in working with data, and business logic processes, and comfortable working with large raw datasets.
• Experienced in market research, market understanding, segmentation and benchmarks. As well as, competitive analysis, customer segmentation and market sizing (TAM/SAM/SOM).
• Combines high-level thinking with a nuanced understanding of users and products.
• Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Curiosity-driven, consistently seeking deeper meanings from data analysis.
• A critical thinker who challenges the status quo in a curious and engaging manner.
• Ownership-forward – self-motivated, fast-learner, highly organized, with keen attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional results.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (native-level proficiency).
• Highly skilled in data analysis and visualization using relevant tools.

It’s Great if you Have

• MBA or Masters in an analytical discipline subject (e.g. computer science, mathematics, engineering, science, economics or finance)
• Strong SQL skills with experience in querying large, complex datasets.
• Product background.
• BI experience.
• Development – experience using Python / R for statistical analysis.
• Experience in technological research from IDF service.
• Experience in digital health.
