About The Position
Team8, the world’s leading company-building platform, is hiring a controller to join its finance team and will be the main finance focal point of our new portfolio companies.
We are seeking an intelligent and hard-working individual, who is a team player, process-driven and detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced work environment.
The role is currently temporary (7 months) with an option to extend it
Main Responsibilities:
- Managing the ongoing day-to-day finance of the companies – from month closing, budget building, cash management, and board preparations.
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual closing for several of our portfolio companies.
- Managing global Bookkeeping.
- Supervise the intercompany billing process.
- Performing managerial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting.
- Assist with the external relationship with auditors.
- Undertaking ad-hoc financial tasks.
