Team8 is hiring an exceptional Business Development and Customer Success Manager to join our Team8 Platform Group. This unique group is defined as Team8s Company Builders and works hand in hand with all of Team8s domains. You will be working closely with the Team8 ecosystem and the Team8 portfolio companies to identify initiatives for growth and to execute on the results, leveraging business development outreach tactics through multiple channels that you will both create and continuously nurture.
Success in this role is being a team player that drives meaningful relationships and ensures a continuous and qualified pipeline and opportunities to our portfolio companies.
You will exceed KPIs and improve our business development and customer success processes.
We are looking for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced work environment, who is a hunter, smart, and is able to learn new topics quickly, with the ability to execute multiple complex projects at once.
This individual should have a successful track record of building and driving pipelines or with past experience in business development, customer success and or partnership centered roles.
This role predominantly reaches out to the North American market and thus requires a high proficiency level of English.
