Key responsibilities:

  • Own, lead, manage and guide the full sales cycle from initial customer meetings to commercial negotiations and contracting.
  • Leveraging current network-focused prospects, and your own customer network, achieve significant ARR in a structured and repeatable fashion.
  • Generate and execute an accurate, timely, and professional sales strategy plan and account planning, achieving customer satisfaction. 
  • Build a highly capable Sales team and mentor them to success.
  • Take an active role in the company strategy as part of the leadership team and collaborate efficiently to achieve growth through customer satisfaction. 
Requirements:
  • Superb communication and presentation skills; Curious mind, problem-solving, resourceful, well-organized, team player. 
  • Individual who has a strong personal brand within the cyber community.
  • 5+ years of experience in a VP sales role in a large organization.
  • 2+ years of experience in an early-stage start-up company with under 70 employees.
  • Reported directly to the CEO and the board of directors.
  • Experienced in building relationships and selling to enterprises (over 5k end users).
  • Experience in selling technical cyber products (especially endpoint, network & identity security products) and ability to engage in high-level technical discussions with prospects’ cyber leaders. 
  • The total ARR of the previous teams reporting to the leader reached over $50M ARR.

  • Experience working with Israeli Startups.
