 Key responsibilities:

  • Take an active part in the company growth effort by leading end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Manage hiring practices and procedures (plan the hiring recruitment workflow, design job descriptions, improve employee experience, perform screening calls, develop sourcing tools etc.).
  • Build and maintain an active pool of candidates by using diverse online channels to attract the best potential talents.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with managers and team members to build partnerships that leverage the recruiting strategy.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and resolve cross-organizational problems related to employee satisfaction.
  • Multi-task on various projects and initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Proactive, highly organized, detail-oriented, analytical and a problem-solver.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role at a rapidly growing Hi – Tech company.
  • Proven knowledge and experience in technological recruitments.
  • Experience in a global and multicultural environment.
  • Ability to serve as a knowledgeable resource to the executive management team.
  • Proven experience working with ATS and other recruitment systems (GreenHouse/ Comeet/ LinkedIn etc.).
  • Excellent computer skills and experience working with office tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Hebrew and English.
