Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain Enterprise and Cloud environments and run the company’s products within these environments.
  • Construct and improve QA processes and influence the quality of the product.
  • Set up & investigate technically complex customer scenarios.
  • Define and lead product delivery quality processes across teams. Work closely with engineers, product managers, support, and sales engineers.
  • Review technical documentation for training materials, technical marketing collateral, manuals, troubleshooting guides, etc.
Requirements:
  • Team player, positive attitude and problem-solver.
  • At least 5 years of experience with technical QA/support positions.
  • Proven experience working in the cybersecurity industry and familiarity with security solutions.
  • Experience with Endpoint security software (Antivirus, DLP, IPS, NAC), as well as knowledge of SIEM, vulnerability management tools, and firewalls.
  • Strong experience with Windows, Linux, and macOS-based applications (installation, troubleshooting, debugging).
  • Highly proficient with Cloud infrastructure and operating system structure.
  • Able to effectively communicate with all levels and stakeholders – internally and externally – on complex technical issues.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English).

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with scripting languages like Python and/or Bash.
  • Experience with Identity Providers such as Microsoft Azure AD, Google Workspace and/or Okta.
  • Experience with MDM solutions such as Microsoft Intune and/or JAMF.
  • Knowledge of VDI (VMWare Horizon, Citrix XenApp, and XenDesktop).
