Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate and support the executive leadership with an array of administrative tasks from managing calendars, arranging travel, planning and coordinating annual corporate meetings, preparing reports and presentations
  • Plan and execute HR related operations and manage the recruitment efforts with coordination, interviewing, documentation and onboarding of new hires
  • Take full responsibility of the daily operations, handle all facility utilities functioning as well as employee’s needs and well-being
  • Support the financial administration including handling invoices, payments, employee’s salaries, preparation of financial reports etc.
  • 3+ years experience serving as a liaison between staff, executives and senior leaders regarding company climate, employee’s well-being, project updates and planning
  • 3+ years experience assisting HR and management with new hires, including documentation, onboarding and scheduling
  • 3+ years organizing and prioritizing critical issues for executive leadership in order to facilitate efficient decision making
  • 3+ years experience coordinating and organizing quarterly events for company customer, partner and internal meetings
  • Computer fluency with Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
