Key responsibilities:

  • Own and manage company IT services including AAD, M365, Atlassian, and more.
  • Own and manage company IT infrastructure including office network, VPN, EDR, and more.
  • Manage company IT equipment including purchasing, installing, fixing/servicing, and tracking.
  • Assist in maintaining company compliance with regard to services and infrastructure.
  • Provide orientation and guidance to users on how to operate company software and equipment.
Requirements:
  • Excellent people skills, can-do attitude, and patience to hear and resolve issues.
  • At least 2 years of experience as IT Engineer.
  • Experience managing a business network of at least 50 endpoints.
  • Proficient at administering both MacOS and Windows devices.
  • Experience managing AAD or other IDP.
  • Experience managing network devices (switches, routers, and more).

Nice to Have:

  • Experience managing EDR and other security tools.
  • Ability to upgrade and/or fix IT equipment in-house (laptops, PCs, and more).
  • Relevant certifications as IT Technician.
