Sygnia is looking for VP Cyber Security Services LATAM, to lead its operations and growth in Latin America. You will be responsible to drive sales and business development, provide professional oversight for the consulting delivery, and be the trusted advisor to leaderships across the continent. You will be able to leverage the success of Sygnia in support of its clients in the area, to place it as a security leader in the region.

The successful candidate should be a passionate and result oriented leader, with outstanding client relationship and communication capabilities, strong consulting, strategic and analytic skills, attention for details and committed to client impact. The candidate should have a solid cyber security knowledge, and a record of performance in LATAM.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and business development, both with existing and new clients , including creating opportunities, leading business development discussions, scoping engagements and developing proposals. 
• Manage client accounts, develop and maintain long-term professional relationships, and serve as the trusted advisor of leading organizations in LATAM, at executive leaderships levels and with technical teams.
• Drive delivery, by anticipating needs, advising clients about the types of work that might be most relevant for them, developing scope of work, coordinating and structuring workstreams and timings and services to be delivered.
• Provide oversight and maintain accountability to Sygnia’s consulting work and client impact in the territory. This will include managing multiple engagements with multiple clients, supporting the delivery teams, review of deliverables, and leading and presenting status updates to a variety of audiences including technical teams, CISOs, CIOs/CTOs, Executive Management and Boards.
• Play a role in Sygnia’s leadership team, participate in capability building efforts, guidance and mentoring of team leaders and managers, methodologies development and strategic discussions.

Requirements:

• Proven business development and track record in generating and managing opportunities and growth in LATAM.
• A minimum of five years experience in leadership positions. Experience in strategic consulting or cyber/IT consulting – an advantage  
• Strong client services orientation, with exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills and a demonstrated ability to gain the confidence and respect of client leadership teams.
• Passionate, proactive, resourceful and creative, with a robust ability to deliver under pressure, uncertainty and complexity.
• Exceptional analytical capabilities, with a high proficiency in strategic and abstract thinking.
• Ability to work in a dynamic matrix organizational structure, with people across all level of the company.  
• A positive, pragmatic, can-do attitude, and an ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing environments.
• Highly proficient in Spanish, Hebrew and English – a must.
• Academic degree in a relevant discipline – an advantage.
• Information security certificate from industry leading organizations (CISSP, CISM, C-CISO, GSTRT etc), a background as a CIO or CISO, or experience in military intelligence and technology units – an advantage.
• The position is relevant for candidates in Israel, and for candidates with residence in LATAM, preferably in Mexico. It may require considerable travel (~40%).
