About The Position

As a Solution Marketing Manager, you will work cross-functionally between Sales, Delivery, and Marketing to ensure that we effectively communicate the current and future value of Sygnia Services to different personas through the buyer’s journey. You will lead the translation of our capabilities into impactful product marketing solutions. You will develop services positioning and messaging informed by user research, market insights, and technical understanding. This role is relevant for leaders with hands-on passion.

Responsibilities

Develop deep expertise on our product portfolio, to effectively tell our story across all available channels.

Manage go-to-market strategies – owning and executing product marketing for our services and technology by contributing to the positioning and messaging; working with cross-functional teams to ensure we depict an effective story across all integrated marketing campaigns to drive client acquisition.

Sales and channel enablement – Develop the sales tools (PPTs, case studies, white papers, service brochures) to support the sales process of the company’s solutions and drive clarity and consistency of message.

Be responsible for the website content development

Drive research plans 

Conduct ongoing competitive analyses along with market and customer research

Manage analyst relations

Requirements:

6+ years of experience in a similar position at a B2B Cyber security company/research group

Hands-on experience delivering high-quality marketing materials with a creative flair to bring fresh ideas into product positioning and marketing campaigns.

Strong writing skills are essential – must be able to create a wide range of marketing content from scratch (presentations, white papers, datasheets, brochures, etc.).

Ability to communicate effectively to both technical and business level audiences in a compelling and differentiating manner.

Experience working with and training sales teams to communicate value to buyers

Passionate, self-starter with a can-do attitude

Team player who can build strong relationships with peers and thrive in our fast-paced, ever-changing, and highly collaborative environment; and assist in other marketing, sales support, and company activities as needed.
