Sygnia is looking for a Cyber Security Instructor to play a major role in the course’s development and delivery of cyber security training, including penetration testing and information security fundamentals. The successful candidate should have strong cyber security knowledge, an understanding of the cyber landscape and attacker’s mindset, passion for teaching and knowledge sharing, and excellent delivery capabilities. The Instructors will also be expected to contribute to ongoing Penetration Testing and Red Team engagements.

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop training materials based on security best practices and frameworks, attacker TTPs, latest cyber research materials, and tools in offensive security
• Deliver and lead training courses and provide professional coaching, both remotely and worldwide
• Research materials and methods, developing training programs, updating, and modifying existing courses
• Create and model a quality learning environment which applies for diverse student and audience
• Evaluate training methods and adjust it to the concept to assure effective delivery
• Design, create, and maintain lab environments/challenges supporting training material
• Contribute to ongoing delivery, including by participating in Red Team and Penetration Testing engagements

Requirements:

Main Requirements:

• Knowledge of cyber security fundamentals and experience in offensive cyber security –familiarity with tools, attacks, and procedures in at least one of the following: Web Applications / Infrastructure / Active Directory. Experience as a Pen Tester/Red Teamer – a must.
• Knowledge and experience in digital forensics and incident response, vulnerability analyses, encryption – an advantage
• Experience as an instructor, corporate training specialist, or related position.
• Great communication and teaching skills, passion for security, and the ability to present complex information to a variety of audiences
• Certifications within the fields of cyber security (Security+, CEH, OSCP)., advanced training – an advantage.
• Ability to perform and thrive in a dynamic environment and to work in parallel on multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Experience in professional services consulting, delivering value directly to organizations, or demonstrated experience delivering to internal clients – an advantage
• Fluent English (written and spoken). Native English speaker – an advantage
• Willingness to frequently travel abroad – a must.
