Sygnia is looking for a talented bookkeeper to be part of our finance team as we scale. The successful candidate would be an experienced bookkeeping and payroll controlling professional who is service oriented and with detailed oriented.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintain records and all financial transactions of the company and its global subsidiaries
  • Perform all bookkeeping activities, including local and foreign account receivables and account payables, tracking banks and credit cards transactions and reconciliation
  • Prepare and review of the monthly payroll in Israel and globally, working with global payroll agents on payroll and benefit programs
  • Participate as a key member of the month-end close and bring the books to the trial balance stage
  • Monthly reporting to global tax authorities and governmental institutions
  • Prepare monthly provisions (Accrued expenses, Prepaid expenses)
  • Control & monitor employees’ expenses reimbursements (travels and miscellaneous)
  • Work with the external auditors
  • Support the finance team with ad hoc tasks 
  • Certified Bookkeeper (Level 3) and payroll controller with 5+ years’ experience of bookkeeping in global tech companies
  • Experience working on NetSuite – an advantage
  • Experience with Office– a Must.
  • Microsoft Excel proficient – a Must.
  • Hands-on, self-learner, team player with strong attention to details
  • Follow tasks through to completion and meet commitments, proactively seeking guidance as necessary.
  • Ability to work in a fast- paced, hyper-growth environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hebrew, both written and verbal.
  • Outstanding confidentiality and ethical standards.
