What does a product manager do at Spott?

• Own the full cycle of product development:

1. Ideation, market research, and validation of new products 

2. Design and implementation of an MVP, close work with all respective teams towards launch

3. Constant monitoring and improvement of existing products (user testing, A/B testing, new features, etc.)

• Build relationships with prospects, customers, partners, and internal stakeholders, and drive product insights by communicating with them
• Work with the company’s management team to create the product roadmap
• Commit to the product’s and company results and constantly work to improve them

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in Product Management, preferably for B2SMB/B2C products
• Highly analytical and data-informed thinker
• Curious and love solving complex problems
• Strong leadership skills – prioritizing and effectively working with an engineering team to make the right trade-offs
• Experience with user-facing products, solid intuition about UX and product design
• Strong communication skills and excellent English
• Team player
