About The Position

Behind our platform are advanced technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs), enabling Orchid to provide unprecedented insight and action for enterprise identity security. 

Core mission

We seek a visionary Product Manager to lead the development and enhancement of our platform offerings. This role presents a unique opportunity to work cross-functionally, streamline processes, and contribute to impactful solutions that shape the future of our business.

What will you do?

• Develop and maintain a robust product roadmap that prioritizes features, timelines, and resource allocation effectively.
• Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation.
• Gather and synthesize user feedback from internal stakeholders, partners, and customers to inform product strategy and prioritize enhancements.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and sales teams to bring products to market successfully.
• Champion user experience (UX) by ensuring products are intuitive, user-friendly, and meet the needs of diverse audiences.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success, identify areas for improvement, and demonstrate return on investment.

Requirements:

Who are you?

• 3+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of success in bringing successful products to market.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms, APIs, and microservices architectures.
• Experience with platform-based solutions, such as SaaS, PaaS, or IaaS.
• Familiarity with identity and access management (IAM) principles and technologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualities:

• Passion for technology and a strong desire to build innovative and impactful products.
• A data-driven approach to decision-making with the ability to analyze data and draw meaningful insights.
• Familiarity with application performance monitoring tools and observability best practices.
• Knowledge of OpenTelemetry, eBPF, or related ecosystems is a plus.
