We are seeking a driven Senior Platform Engineer ready to join our AI revolution! Your expertise will significantly impact our engineering team’s operations, bringing a new level of efficiency and effectiveness. As a senior figure, you will steer the optimization of our development cycles, deploy and manage sophisticated cloud infrastructures, and lead the development of cutting-edge developer tools. We envision you as a mentor, leading by example, providing guidance on best practices, troubleshooting complex production issues, and propelling the productivity of our entire R&D department to new heights.

What will you do?

• Design, manage, and enhance our cloud-based infrastructure, while ensuring it scales with the company’s growth
• Develop, maintain, and improve developer tools to streamline our workflows, based on your vast experience and industry insights
• Be the go-to person for best practices related to infrastructure and development cycles, and advocate for the adherence to these practices
• Lead the troubleshooting and resolution of complex production issues, using your problem-solving skills to mentor the team in addressing similar challenges
• Drive the optimization of our development and deployment processes, implementing best-in-class techniques
• Collaborate closely with our entire R&D team to elevate their productivity and effectiveness, contributing to their professional development with your expertise and knowledge sharing

Requirements:

What should you have?

• A minimum of 6 years of hands-on DevOps experience
• Expertise in Kubernetes, with a proven ability to deploy and manage complex architectures
• High proficiency in one or more of the following programming languages: Python, Golang, Java or C#
• Advantage – Demonstrated expertise in GitOps methodologies and their practical application
• Advantage – Experience in constructing and improving complex CI/CD pipelines, with a focus on robustness, efficiency, and scalability
• Advantage – Deep knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools, with a history of leveraging them for system optimization
• Advantage – Previous leadership role in a SaaS company, demonstrating a clear ability to influence a team’s technical direction
