Core mission

We are seeking a talented Senior Full-Stack Developer to join our team. As a Senior Full-Stack Developer, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining core web applications, driving technical decisions, and delivering high-quality, scalable solutions.

What will you do?

• Develop and maintain several core web applications using React and TypeScript.
• Build and enhance the Backend microservices architecture using NestJS.
• Design and implement new features end-to-end, including frontend UI, backend services, and database interactions (Postgress, Snowflake).
• Collaborate closely with product managers, UX designers, and other R&D teams to align business requirements with technical solutions.
• Build and maintain Orchid’s design system to support reusable components and design consistency.
• Write and maintain unit tests (Jest, Vitest) and end-to-end tests (Playwright) to ensure high code quality.

Who are you?

• 5+ years of experience developing production-level web applications.
• 3+ years of experience with React and TypeScript in a production environment.
• Strong understanding of frontend development and modern architectures (state management, component design).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to deliver clean, maintainable code.
• Experience building scalable backend services with Node.js (NestJS – advantage).
• Experience working with Postgres or other relational databases using ORMs.
• Experience with testing frameworks and E2E testing tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills — ability to work across teams and with stakeholders.
• Enthusiastic about working on both frontend and backend, with a strong frontend orientation.
