What are we looking for?

Your work will directly impact our engineering team’s day-to-day life: you’ll design and build high-quality developer frameworks, shared libraries, and build systems – while establishing system-design patterns that keep our microservices and data platforms scalable, reliable, and consistent.

What will you do?

• Design, build, and maintain high quality in-house frameworks, shared libraries, and developer-experience tools that streamline development and raise engineering efficiency
• Partner with engineers, data scientists, and product stakeholders to understand needs, shape platform roadmaps, and maximize overall R&D productivity
• Contribute core platform code and review pull requests — hands-on coding is a daily part of the role
• Guide best practices for development workflows, code quality, and system architecture, ensuring consistency across repositories and teams
• Monitor, benchmark, and continuously improve the performance, stability, and usability of platform components in a cloud-native, microservices environment

Requirements:

What should you have?

• 6 + years designing and running production-grade backend systems in a SaaS, microservices environment
• Experience tackling scalability challenges and developing enterprise-grade solutions
• Hands-on work with a major cloud platform—AWS preferred—and a solid grasp of distributed-system principles
• Advantage – Hands-on experience with Python/Java
• Advantage – Background building platform tooling: shared libraries, internal SDKs, build/test pipelines
• Advantage- Deep expertise in Kubernetes, GitOps, Infrastructure-as-Code, and complex CI/CD workflows
