About The Position

FinOps is a new operating model for the cloud, bringing financial accountability to cloud spending. At Finout, we’ve built the platform to power this new operating model.

Finout is a self-service, no-code, cloud cost observability platform that combines business metrics with your cost, slicing it up to customers, products, teams, or whichever units are most relevant for your business.

We’re growing our sales team and are in search of a technical sales engineer to assist prospective customers across all industries & customer segments. You’ll partner closely with account executives to understand the needs of our customers, strategize on how to navigate winning sales cycles, provide compelling product demos, lead the proof of concept process, and ultimately close deals.

The position is in the general New York City area.

Salary range will be around 110-160K, Annually.

Requirements:
  • Assist with technical discovery & qualification early in the sales process. 
  • Work hands-on with prospects/customers to demonstrate & communicate the value of Finout throughout the sales cycle, from demo to proof of concept to implementation. 
  • Immerse yourself in the ever-evolving cloud & FinOps landscape, maintaining a deep understanding of competitive & complementary tools and how Finout is positioned in relation to them.
  • Act as a liaison between our GTM and product teams to help drive our product roadmap.
