About The Position

At Finout, we’ve developed the world’s first Cloud Resource Planning (CRP) platform, helping companies better understand and manage their cloud costs while linking them to business outcomes. With customers like Wiz, The New York Times, Lyft, and AppsFlyer, we’re scaling rapidly in a dynamic and evolving market. To support our growth, we’re seeking a Sales Enablement Manager/Director to empower our GTM organization with the tools, training, and resources they need to succeed.

This role is pivotal in ensuring our Commercial and Enterprise Sales teams, as well as our Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success teams, are fully equipped to excel. Reporting to the Director of Sales Strategy & Operations, the ideal candidate is a strategic and hands-on leader passionate about driving productivity, optimizing sales processes, and enabling both internal teams and external partners.

We offer a competitive salary with an expected total compensation range of $180,000 – $220,000 Annually

Responsibilities

  • Onboarding & Training Programs:
  • Design, implement, and continuously improve robust onboarding programs for GTM teams, including Commercial & Enterprise Account Executives, Sales Development, Marketing, Partnerships & Alliances, and Customer Success.
  • Ensure new hires gain a thorough understanding of Finout’s value proposition, competitive landscape, differentiation, and product roadmap.
  • Develop ongoing training initiatives to keep teams informed of new feature releases and evolving market dynamics.
  • Sales Process Optimization:
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to identify skill gaps and implement targeted training programs that improve sales effectiveness and quota attainment.
  • Create and standardize sales playbooks, messaging frameworks, and best practices to drive consistency across the organization.
  • Partner Enablement:
  • Develop partner enablement programs that empower our alliances and reseller partners to effectively communicate Finout’s value, demo the product, and position our solutions in the market.
  • Content & Resource Management:
  • Develop and maintain a centralized repository of enablement materials, including sales decks, competitive battle cards, objection-handling guides, and product collateral.
  • Performance Metrics & Reporting:
  • Establish KPIs to measure the effectiveness of enablement programs, such as ramp time, win rates, and quota attainment.
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to sales leadership to refine training initiatives.
