We are looking for a Sales Enablement Manager to establish and lead our sales enablement function. As a critical member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales productivity and success. You’ll design, implement, and oversee all aspects of sales enablement, from onboarding and training to content creation, sales process optimization, and performance analysis.

Responsibilities
- Sales Enablement Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy, defining the vision, goals, and roadmap aligned with the company’s sales objectives.
- Onboarding and Training: Build and deliver effective onboarding programs for new hires and ongoing training for existing sales reps, focusing on product knowledge, sales methodology, competitive landscape, and industry trends.
- Content Creation: Develop and maintain high-quality sales resources, including presentations, proposals, case studies, battle cards, scripts, and other materials to empower the sales team.
- Sales Process Optimization: Analyze and refine the sales process to identify inefficiencies and implement strategies to streamline workflows and boost productivity.
- Sales Tools and Technologies: Select, implement, and manage tools and technologies that enhance sales productivity, such as CRM systems, content management platforms, and learning management systems.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze sales metrics, identifying strengths and areas for improvement. Provide actionable insights and reports to sales leadership.
- Culture of Learning: Foster a culture of collaboration, feedback, and continuous learning within the sales team to drive ongoing improvement and success.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or a related field
- Proven track record of building and implementing successful sales enablement programs
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies, processes, and best practices
- Experience with sales enablement tools and technologies
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
