Sygnia is looking for SDR (Sales Development Representative) for its MXDR solution. The successful candidates will play a crucial role in expanding the company’s MXDR solution client base. They will be responsible for identifying potential MDR (Managed Detection and Response) in the Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) space and establishing new relationships with interested parties. This individual will drive growth through both inbound and outbound prospecting efforts, utilizing various channels such as cold emails, calls, and social media outreach to secure demo meetings for the sales team. Additionally, they will support marketing activities, manage the lead funnel effectively, and consistently achieve assigned quotas. The ideal candidate will possess a proactive mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively with sales, marketing, and product teams to drive business success. 

Main Responsibilities: 

  • Identify relevant companies and stakeholders. 
  • Drive growth through inbound and outbound prospecting efforts, generating sales leads that will turn into opportunities.  
  • Conduct outbound efforts through cold emails, calls, and social media with the goal of booking demo meetings for the sales team. 
  • Identify and develop an in-depth understanding of each lead generation process, supporting marketing activities, prospect touchpoints, and the handoff to an Account Executive. 
  • Generate email sequences, make cold calls to map, and penetrate accounts. 
  • Closely manage a lead funnel. 
  • Consistently achieve a quota. 
  • Report progress and metrics to management. 
Requirements:

 

Main Requirements: 

  • 2-3 years of prior experience with telemarketing, lead generation, or cold calling – a must. 
  • Self-starter and team player with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment – a must. 
  • Passionate about meeting and exceed measurable performance goals. 
  • Strong interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to take direction, be coached and mentored. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Excellent listening skills, ability to learn and adapt to new concepts and technologies. 
  • Strong organizational and time management skills. 
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and relevant Sales prospecting tools like LinkedIn Navigator, etc. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field – an advantage.
