As an Renewal Specialist, Your impact will be:

  1. Renewal Quote Generation: Prepare renewal quotes using historical data and customer’s planned future usage.
  2. Deal Structuring: Construct favorable deal structures based on customer requirements, keeping in mind the objectives of both the company and the customer.
  3. Matrix Management: Coordinate effectively with the CS and Sales teams to ensure seamless opportunity handling and process execution.
  4. Quote and Pricing Documentation Development: Create accurate and in-depth documentation pertaining to quote and pricing strategies, including data analysis and forecasting, in collaboration with the Revops/Deals Desk team.
  5. Renewal/True-Up Data Validation: Verify the accuracy of renewal and True-Up Data to ensure it reflects the current customer usage and pricing metrics.
  6. Order Verification and Booking: Confirm the accuracy of order details and facilitate booking processes to ensure proper execution and record keeping.
