What you will do:

We are a fast-paced innovative startup. Your will track and manage R&D features and infrastructure and provide a clear and accurate picture of their progress and status.

Responsibilities 

• Collect and analyze data from the teams and tools in use to provide project status to management and stakeholders including insights, risks, and red flags
• OverViewing interactions and dependencies of R&D features and infrastructure developments
• Work closely with Product, R&D TL, QA, and Release manager to consolidate all features and improvements that are being developed each sprint and keep an up-to-date roadmap representation of current and future dev efforts.
• Monitoring and verifying that Squad’s sprints are aligned with the sprint planning
• Responsible for infrastructure features and efforts status according to timelines
• Partner in generating features quarterly work plan for R&D
• Monitor the definition of done (DoD) for all developed features
• Resolve issues when they appear and raise red flags

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience as a program manager
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail, able to drive and manage multiple tasks in parallel while interfacing with varied stakeholders
• Excellent R&D process understanding and best practices
• Practical experience with Git, ticketing systems (i.e. Jira), CI/CD (AzureDevops advantage)
• Experience working on Data-Driven / B2B / SaaS products
• Experience with big-data technologies, such as Kafka, Spark, Cassandra, ElasticSearch, Redis, Hadoop, MongoDB.- Advantage
• Agile and scrum methodology understanding
• Self-motivated person with excellent interpersonal skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
• Advanced English written and verbal communication skills
